个人简介

曹炜,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,yl6809永利副经理。长期致力于蜂产品及特色农产品精深加工及产业化的基础理论和应用研究。兼任永利集团蜂产品应用技术研究中心主任、中国养蜂学会常务理事/副秘书长、中国蜂产品协会常务理事、全国畜牧业标准化技术委员会委员、陕西省蜂产品工程技术研究中心主任兼学术技术带头人、陕西省食品科学与工程实验教学中心主任、陕西省营养学会副理事长、陕西省蜂业协会副会长、陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长、陕西省农业工程学会副理事长、陕西省农副产品标准化技术委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、中央引导地方科技发展专项及省部级项目企业委托项目30余项。在国内外学术期刊发表研究论文200篇,SCI期刊论文100余篇,主编及参编学术著作5部,获授权国家发明专利18项。开发蜂产品类保健食品6个。陕西省科学技术二等奖(排名第二)、西安市科学技术二等奖排名第一)、陕西青年科技奖、中国蜂产品行业优秀科技创新人才、陕西省特支计划科技创新领军人才、陕西高等学校本科教学管理工作先进个人全国蜂业突出贡献奖陕西省秦创原科学家+工程师队伍首席科学家等荣誉指导和培养员工获得第六届中国国际互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛全国金奖/陕西省冠军、第四届中国创翼创业创新大赛全国创翼之星等奖励。
