个人简介:

闫小孩,男,汉族,工学博士。河南工业大学食品科学与工程专业硕士,西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业博士。目前已先后在Chemical Engineering JournalBiosensor & BioelectronicsFood ChemistrySensors and Actuators B: Chemical等国际顶尖期刊发表多篇SCI论文。曾获得西北农林科技大学2024届校级优秀博士毕业论文。
