ThePaperProphet uses proprietary, licensed third-party technologies and free technology products. While all attempts are made to ensure stability and availability of technologies used by ThePaperProphet, the company cannot guarantee uptime. You are solely responsible for all service, telephony and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the services and for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment required for such access and use.
Through our Services, site and Software, we enable users to connect with independent contractor teachers ("Teachers") who provide live, one-to-one instruction, tutoring and learning services in our online classrooms (Teaching Sessions). The Services include, without limitation, keeping track of users' favorite teachers, smart-matching users with the best available teachers, facilitating and hosting Teaching Sessions, and taking feedback from users.
Account Access; Identity Protection
In order to provide you with ease of access to your account, ThePaperProphet will place a cookie (a small text file) on any computer from which you access the ThePaperProphet web site. This cookie is used to identify you throughout the ThePaperProphet web site. This cookie will be destroyed when you close the browser or logout of the ThePaperProphet web site. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.
